If you're interested, I have a skirt project in the new issue of WeaveZine.  I'm pretty excited as this is my first published project.  Click here to check it out.  The photo at the left is a bit fuzzy, but you should be able to see a fairly obvious seam down the center.  The skirt is woven, plain weave, in 17" panels, so it would be easy to weave on a rigid heddle loom if you don't have a floor loom.
