My name is Melissa, and in case you were wondering where the name Melentine came from, this is the short, sweet story. There is a song called Clementine by The Decemberists on their album Castaways and Cutouts. One day my sweetheart started singing the song and happened to substitute 'Mel' for 'Clem', and the nickname was born. Melentine seemed like an appropriate expression given that it simply wouldn't be without the love and support from my sweetheart Kevin.  Totally cheesy, I know, but sometimes that's just the way it is.
